This was a large, multi-building apartment complex ravished by hail damage. JRS was able to fully document and scope the project, coordinate for additional inspections by the insurance carrier, and obtain full and complete indemnity for the insured building owner. Work included all new roofing, gutter and downspout systems, as well as new cladding on more than 600 windows.
Facility operations. Any time restoration work is being done to a facility that is open and operational presents special safety and cleanliness concerns.
Quantity of buildings. Any project that involved multiple sites or buildings can present logistical challenges in keeping track of all work, inventory, risks, and other items.
Timeline. The propery owners wanted the least amount of disruption possible, as these units remained operational to its residential tenants. JRS was able to complete all roofing scope items within just 14 days of commencement.
